ML: Do you think there is a group called al-Qaida doing this?
CM: No. When I was in the Army, there was something called "opposing forces." We abbreviated that to Op4. When you and your guys were going to play the Americans, then me and my guys, who are really part of the same army, and we’re playing the Russians, we act like Russians playing against you in the war games.
You have to have an Op4 to make the exercise work. Al-Qaida is the international Op4. If Israel gets some brothers together to blow up some Jordanians to set up a war a few months later, which they did on 11-9, that would be the Israeli Op4. That would be the Israeli agents working. Al-Qaida equals Op4. In order to have a global war on terror based on staged events, someone has to play the bad guy. So we use the al-Qaida code to set the events up with the military-industrial complex. The establishment uses the al-Qaida code the same way we might switch to a secondary language. We would be able to communicate in a crowd, yet no one else would know that we were talking about.
